Wrong 😑 😢 The distinction is wrong! With WOULD you still know FOR FACT that it’s a past action and doesn’t happen now. Because if it’s still happening now, people would use present perfect present OR perfect continuous. Or other grammatical constructions, such as, for example “I am known to smoke (or have smoked) in the cottage once in a while…” And second, nobody says “Yusta”!!! Even in Canada or any other English-speaking countries people pronounce “Use-TO” rather distinctly!!! Please stop inventing things that are not there. That is the problem with everybody and their mom with access to the Internet professing themselves “a teacher of English” all of a sudden! With absolutely zero formal training in English linguistics or similar. 😫🥴🫢😩🤯😫😞😞 Just because one speaks English as a native language doesn’t mean they’re automatically qualified to teach it yet! 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🫢🚨 What a mess!!! 🥴🥴

9:44 The term 'kitty-corner' has nothing to do with cats. Instead, it stems from the expression 'cater-corner,' which is derived from “quatre,” the French word for “four.” The term was used to describe the way the dots are placed on a dice positioned at number four, diagonally from one another. 😂👍
